PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRY OFFICE

To obtain a Marriage License, 2 Working Days are needed for processing. The following Documents are required for Proof of Citizenship of Resident Country:

  • Passport
  • Original Birth Certificate with Photo ID
  • Divorce or Death Certificate if applicable


    • The following Stamp Duty Fees are applicable:
  • $40.00 USD if a Resident in Anguilla 15 Days prior to Marriage Ceremony.
  • If a Resident in Anguilla for a shorter period: $284.00 USD (Two Witnesses)
