
Boat Description
Footprints Charters uses a Boat called The Scarab, which is made by an American company called Wellcraft, which is a very popular make and model, amongst the boating industry.
The Scarab is built under the same principle as a Speed Boat and is made out of Fibre Glass, the only Fibre Glass Charter Boat in Anguilla of its size. Most of the Charter Boats in Anguilla are made from Wood, whereas Fibre Glass Boats are designed to handle rough waters.
The colour of the Scarab is a glossy white colour and measures 33 Feet in length. Outboard it is equipped with twin Yamaha Engines with 200-Horse Power each. The Scarab is a very powerful and fast boat, which can reach speeds of 42-knotts/55 mph.
The Hull of the Boat is made from Fibre Glass and the Cabin is made from Fibre Glass and Marine Plywood. The Scarab Boat is very comfortable, with cushioned seats and music on board. It is also equipped with Trawling and Fishing equipment and complementary drinks are also available.
Footprints Charters meets all the Anguillian Government Regulations and Health & Safety Standards.
